He is survived by: his children, Shannon Leigh (Buddy) of Savannah, TN, Robert Kent Gilkey, Jr. (Anitra) of Savannah, TN and Dana Spindler (Rich) of Savannah, TN; his grandchildren, Will Shaw (Ashley) of Savannah, TN, Jacob Shaw of Savannah, TN, Jessica Bumphus (Kevin) of Savannah, TN, Megan Hull (Chad) of Clarkrange, TN, Austin Spindler of Washington and D. C.; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah of Savannah, TN., Alexa of Savannah, TN., Alivia of Savannah, TN., Tre Bumphus of Savannah, TN., Lorelei of Savannah, TN. and Heidi Shaw of Savannah, TN.; and his close friend David Seaton. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
