He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Hardin Garrard and Geneva Mearl Franks Garrard; and his brother Jackie Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Garrard, Jeffery Garrard, Brittany Garrard and Shannon Garrard; and his siblings, Ann Willoughby and Billy Garrard. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
