He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Stricklin and Linnie Wilkerson Stricklin; and his siblings, Margaret Stanfill, Odell, Floyd and Jay C. Stricklin.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Stricklin of Savannah; his son Brian Bennett Stricklin (April) of Savannah, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Hayden Bennett Stricklin, Lynnden LeeAnn Stricklin, Nathan Alexander Lewis and Callie Elizabeth Lewis; and his sister Martha Stanford of Sardis, Tennessee..
