He is survived by: his wife Frances Webb (Pinky) of Savannah; his children, Rena Spitzley (Nicholas) of Counce, Quincy Webb, Jr. (Aleshia) of Savannah, Tennessee, Jonathan Webb (Bethany) of Savannah, Tennessee and Hannah Baxter (Kevin) of Savannah, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Gracie Spitzley, Hazel Spitzley, Viola Spitzley, Oliver Spitzley, Jeramiah Webb, Tysen Webb, Mira Webb, Sarah Webb, Alyssa Webb and John Webb; and his sister Sherry Lynn Webb Jones (Charles Ray) of Savannah, Tennessee.. He is also survived by his children, their spouses, and his precious grandchildren.
