She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Anderson and Lennie Deshazier Anderson; and her siblings, Will Anderson and Martha Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Shelby (Kim) of Savannah, Mike Shelby (Anette) of Savannah and Melissa Nichols (David) of Prattville, Alabama; her grandchildren, Justin Shelby, Emily Bobo, Brittney Shelby, Hannah McCall and Wesley Nichols; and her siblings, Richard Anderson, Elbert Anderson, Joe Anderson and Faye Barnhill. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Park Rest Nursing Home and the Savannah Church of Christ.
