He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Callens Whitlow and Robbie Lee Jerrolds Whitlow; his brother Carl Edmond Whitlow; and his nephew Marcus Whitlow Reed. He is survived by: his wife Alice Mae Jeter Whitlow of Savannah, Tennessee; his daughters, Janet Lee Whitlow Franks of Savannah, Tennessee and Karla Lynn Whitlow Cossey (Randy) of Savannah, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Cody Franks (Kelcey), Cory Franks (Lacey), Colton Franks (Ashley), Blake Cossey and Brooke Cossey Pettit (John Mark); and his great grandchildren, Ella, Aliza, Whit and Hooper. He is also survived by his wife, visiting with friends.
