She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Whitlow and Elzie Reynolds Whitlow; her husband Lowell Cagle; her son Rex Cagle; and her siblings, Wheeler Whitlow and Mable Cagle.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Cagle of Savannah, Tennessee and Jocelyn Fisher of Old Hickory, Tennessee. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
