She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Otis and Bessie Eloise Smith Riley; her children, Billy Joe Franks, James Ricky Franks and Karen Joy Pevahouse; her siblings, Pauline Stacy, Ruth Starnes, Bonnie Pevahouse, Claude Riley, Willie E. Riley and Ralph Riley; and the father of her children Joe C. Franks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pattie Kiddy (Mike) and Claudia Holland (Jeff). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.
