She is survived by: her parents, Frances Albert and Isabell Small Graves; and her children, Donna Eaton of Savannah, Raymond Elsbree II of Savannah, Jeffery Elsbree of Maryland and Charles Elsbree of Minnesota. She is also survived by 4 sisters; 5 brothers; 15 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
