She is survived by: her son James Tracy Churchwell (Lisa Ann) of Crump, Tennessee; her siblings, Naomi Feathers of Crump, Tennessee, Jamie Forrest Gant (Marie) of Crump and Joe Gant (Betty) of Waycross, Georgia; her grandchildren, Graham Churchwell (Elizabeth), Elisabeth Napier (Sam), Megan Rasmussen (Tyler) and Kyle Smith (Ginny); and her great grandchildren, Liam Napier, Jack Napier, Noah Rasmussen, Elliegh Rasmussen and Cooper Churchwell.
