She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend L. V. Brown; her parents, Henry Murphy and Mary Murphy; her siblings, Morris "Boss" Murphy and Barbara Murphy Connaway; her son Rayburn Dean; and her grandson Delbert Alan Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Poole (Mickey), Delbert (Wilton), Tommy (Linda), Joel (Connie) and L. V. Brown, Jr. (Alisha); her grandchildren, Bryan Poole (Kim), Tammy Clemmons (Kevin), Jason (Marcie), Amy Frye (Troy), Lana Woods (Tim), Megan (Jordan), Mallorie, Hunter (Kelsey) and Brady; and her sister Doris Beckham.
