She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Lenoir Ratliff, Jr.; and her parents, Albert Howe and Nellie Howe. She is survived by: her sons, William E. Huffman, Jr. (Pam) and Andrew Huffman (Terry); her stepchildren, Lynne Graythen (David) and David F. Ratliff (Kelly); and her siblings, Barbara "Faye" Chatelain, James Howe, Betty Howe, Ethel Howe, Ronald Howe, William Howe and Johnny Howe. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
