Higgins; her husband Arthur Rhea; her son Bruce Higgins; her stepsons, Donald Rhea and Danny Rhea; her brothers, L. V. Haynes, Paul Haynes and Floyd Haynes; her grandsons, Anthony Higgins, Rickey Higgins and Daniel Higgins; and her great great grandchild Jackson Rhodes.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Higgins (Linda) of Savannah, Tennessee, David Higgins of Savannah, Tennessee, Merle Higgins of Savannah, Tennessee and Freddy Higgins (Annice) of Savannah, Tennessee; her stepsons, Jerry Rhea of Spring Hill and Tony Rhea of Bethel Springs, Tennessee; her sister Linda Scott of Savannah, Tennessee; and her granddaughters, Amy Rickman (Roger), Sondra Franks (Pokey), Rhonda Dempsey (Philip) and Candace Tidwell (Matt). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
