He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Franklin Guinn, Sr. and Mallie Frix Guinn. He is survived by: his wife Doris Rhea Allison; his daughters, Regina Franklin of Savannah, Rebecca Cromwell (Phil) of Savannah, Rene Worley (Tom) of Cowan and Rita Sewell of Savannah, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Jeromy Smith, Tori Thomas, Tiffany Beckham, Adam Cromwell, Betsy Berryhill, Matthew Worley, Hatley Kilgore, Karisten Martin and Kirby Petty; and his great grandchildren, McKinley Smith, Cruz Thomas, Colt Thomas, Carter Beckham, Case Beckham, Clay Beckham, Claire Beckham, Gavin Cromwell, Grayson Cromwell, Jax Berryhill, Ava Berryhill, Oliver Petty and Elliott Petty.
