He is survived by: his spouse Berneice; his sons, Robert L. Smith of Savannah, TN and Kevin L. Smith of Alabaster, AL; and his siblings, Rev. Frank Smith of Columbia, TN and Doris Smith Hudson of Savannah, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
