He is survived by: his wife Pamela Summers; his daughters, Bridgett Summers Maness (Joey) and Nikki Summers Farmer (Paul); his stepchildren, Jason Stack (Christina) and Lisa Isley; his brother Ronald Summers (Gladys); and his grandchildren, Caroline, Carly, Cadey Maness, Samuel, Zoe Farmer, Caitlyn, Alex Stack, Emma, Jackson and Maddie Isley. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of donor's choice.
