He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sutton and Neoma Robbins Sutton; his wife Joyce Herman Sutton; and his brothers, Lawrence Sutton and Bill Sutton.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Rodriguez (Kevin) of Soddy Daisy, TN and Lonny "Sport" Sutton of Savannah, TN; and his grandchildren, Gary Rodriguez of Hixson, TN, Kayci Crane of Hixson, TN, Jessica Paul of Bonifay, FL, Kaley Sutton of Auburndale, FL and Christopher Sutton of Auburndale, FL. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
