He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Clarence and Lucille Yarbough. He is survived by: his wife Inez Yarbrough of Savannah; his children, Joe Yarbrough, Jr. of Hernando and Michelle Leonard of Memphis, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Mallory Yarbrough of Arkabutla, Jessica Cox of Arkabutla, Heather Dewig of Memphis, Tennessee and Shawn Marchbanks of Memphis, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Rosemarie Adams of Fayette, Gina Anderson of Savannah and Billy Weeks, Jr. of Panama City, Florida; his stepgrandchildren, Blake Anderson, Courtney Anderson, Cecilee Anderson, Bethany Symons, Canna Conrow, Emmett Rogers and Dillon Weeks; his niece Julie Brashears Harter of Brooksville, Florida; and his nephews, Byron Brashears of Los Angeles and Harold Brashears of Goshen. He is also survived by four step great-grandchildren.
