He is survived by: his mother LaNelle Simmons of Oakland, TN; his wife Cindy of Savannah, TN; his son Josh (Cynthia) of Alamo, TN; his brothers, Steve (Wanda) of Oakland, TN and Alan (Mary) of Bella Vista, AR; his brothers-in-law, Mike Johnson (Janet) of Rienzi, MS and Ray Ward of Memphis, TN; his grandson Eli; and his children-in-law, Cynthia and Eli.
