He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Neill and Roberta Neill. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Gean Neill; his children, Brennan Barrier (Lindsey) and Cinnamon Barrier; his grandchildren, Chelsea and Paityn Barrier; and his sisters, Reba Oakley (Trigger) and Ann Harrison (Herby). He is also survived by 6 nieces.
