He is survived by: his children, Penny Karen Starnes (Floyd) of Tyler, TX, Mary Cathrine Falls of Flower Mound, TX and Andrew Ross Falls (Debbi) of Edmond, OK; and his sister Betty Jean Falls Smith of Muscle Shoals, AL..
