Qualls (Savannah, Tennessee), born in Steele, Missouri, who passed away on July 1, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Mary Ellen Vincent Qualls; his wife Patricia Lynn Cook; and his brother Louis Qualls. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Shew (Daniel) of Chicago, Linda Devenney (William) of Orland Park, Charlotte Qualls of Hobart and Patricia Johnson (Darrell) of Savannah, Tennessee; and his siblings, Robert Qualls of Savannah, Nathan Qualls of Hobart, Wyatt Qualls of Crawfordsville, Jerry Qualls of Crawfordsville, Tennessee, Portia Qualls of Chicago, Lisa Qualls of Chicago, Annie Sparks of Savannah, Tennessee and Judy Salgado of Savannah, Tennessee. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
