He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Stricklin Abrams and T. R. Abrams; and his grandson David Lindley Abrams. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Abrams of Savannah, Tennessee; his sons, Sandy Abrams (Gaye) of Savannah and Randy Abrams (Vickie) of Columbia, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Adam Abrams of Murfreesboro and Lauren Abrams Petty.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the Memorial Gardens of Wayne County - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450).
