He is survived by: his wife Elise Bills; his mother Lois Bills; his sons, Jeremy Wilson Bills (Heather) of Murfreesboro, Joshuah O'Conner Bills (Jordan) of Savannah and Jayson Scot Bills of Savannah; his grandchildren, Aiden Joe Wilson Bills, Kinleigh Capri Bills, RaeLynn Claire Bills and Jenna Caroline Bills; and his siblings, Jeff Bills (Nancy) of Symrna and Cindy Hastings (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
