He is survived by: his spouse Stacy Lyn Perkins; his daughter Maddie Weaver of Savannah, Tennessee; his parents, Paul Weaver (Lilly) of Corinth, Mississippi and Linda Weaver of Corinth, Mississippi; his stepsisters, Stacey Woodruff (Tracy) of Corinth and Michelle Johnson (James) of Southaven, Mississippi; and his nieces and nephews, Abby, Bronson, Bailey, Marissa and Casen.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
