He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivory Hardy O'Guinn and Ivory Gardy O'Guinn; his daughter Fonstanda Lynn Oxley; and his grandparents, Gene Hardy and Lillie Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Oxley of Savannah, Tennessee; his children, Jennifer Durbin (Wesley) of Savannah, Tennessee and Phillip Oxley of Savannah, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Shelby Lynn Durbin, Carter Durbin, Axel Durbin and Gracie Oxley; and his sister Lillie Carnes of Barbourville, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Harmony Baptist Church (610 Middle Bridge Rd, Savannah, TN 38372-3909). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the New Harmony Cemetery (500 Middle Bridge Rd, Savannah, TN 38372).
