With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Taylor of Savannah, Tennessee, born in Leesville, Louisiana, who passed away on August 24, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Elmer John Jesse Taylor; and his sister Gloria Kyler. He is survived by: his wife Doris Tapper Taylor of Savannah, TN; his children, Tracy Dietrich (Fred) of Keller, TX and Gerald Lyn Taylor, Jr. (Lisa) of Savannah, TN; his sister Linda Zimmerman (Roger) of Jacksonville, TN; his brother-in-law Paul Kyler of Gonzales, LA; and his grandchildren, David Shaw, Sara Shaw, Katie Dietrich and Jackie Dietrich.
