He is survived by: his wife Kelly Mae Smith of Savannah, Tennessee; his children, Terry Smith, Michael Smith (Jamie), Glen Smith, Joey Smith, Ethan Smith and Hadley Smith; his siblings, Wanda Franks, Barbara Shubert, Becky Lambert and Arthur Smith; his grandchildren, Haley Scott, Jason Smith, Steven Smith, Tanner Smith, Casey Smith, Dallas Smith, Jathan Smith, Adriyana Smith and Brenley Smith; and his great grandchildren, Logan Davis, Josie Plunkett, Madalynn Scott and Isabella Scott.
