He is survived by: his great grandchild Gilliam Lard; his wife Mary Ella Gilliam of Savannah, Tennessee; his daughter Judy Bruce (Jack) of Florence, Alabama; his siblings, Shirley Waycaster of Johnson City, Joann Compton of Kingsport, Tennessee, Ralph Gilliam of Somerset, Lenny Gilliam of Johnson City and Mac Gilliam of Kingsport, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Chad Lard and Cindy Lard; and his great grandchildren, Giles Lard and Garland Lard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
