He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Kerr and Clara McFalls Neill; his spouse Jessie Baker; and his brothers, Doug, Morgan and Russell Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lambert (Todd) of Savannah and Scott Neill (Vicki) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Jordan Lambert of Savannah, Kyle Lambert of Savannah and Ashley Neill of Cleveland, Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Linda Neill of Savannah.
Memorial donations may be made to Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Mens Club.
