He was predeceased by: his parents, William Egbert and Mabel Jewel Hamilton Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Stricklin (Mark) of Counce, Tennessee and James L. Phillips of Counce, Tennessee; his nieces, Jennifer Driskell of Counce, Tennessee and Jessica Milender (Josh) of Counce, Tennessee; his great-niece Madison Kate Driskell; and his great-nephews, Jacob Driskell, Bryson Milender and Hayden Milender.
