He is survived by: his mother Ida Mae Lockard of Savannah, Tennessee; his children, Melissa Henderson (Michael) of Savannah, Tennessee and Joseph Lockard (Rebecca) of Savannah, Tennessee; his siblings, Ricky Lockard of Savannah, Tennessee and Rhonda Hammock of Savannah, Tennessee; and his great-niece Alivia Jennings of Savannah, Tennessee.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 nephews; 1 niece; 2 great nephews.
