Melson Franks; his wife Mamie Lee Grissom; his siblings, Bertha Mae Brooks, Sarah Evelyn Franks and James Lewis Franks; his granddaughters, Wendy Rippie and Tonya Irwin; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Harville and Jeremiah Harville.
He is survived by: his son Otis Dewayne Harville (Teresa); his grandchildren, Latasha Prescott and Jeremy Harville; and his siblings, Susie Wilson of Savannah, Tennessee, J. C. Franks of Savannah and Bill Franks of Manchester, Tennessee.. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
