He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Wilkerson and Eva Brown Wilkerson; his son Ronnie Wayne Wilkerson; and his siblings, Earline Kilburn, Alta Lee Wilkerson, J. C. Wilkerson, Hardin Lee Wilkerson, Boyd Wilkerson and Ronnie Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Kay Harville of Savannah; his son Bobby Wayne Wilkerson of Savannah, Tennessee; his grandsons, Reuben Wayne Wilkerson, Nicholas Chase Wilkerson, Charles Alec Wilkerson and Jackson Hunter Wilkerson; and his brother Junior Wilkerson of Savannah, Tennessee..
