He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Baskins and Doris Crotts Baskin of Virginia; his sister Geraldine Baskin; and his sister-in-law Rose Mary Baskins. He is survived by: his daughters, Raven Powers of Selmer and Shannon Whitley of Selmer, Tennessee; and his brothers, Roy Baskins (Mary Lou) of Kaufman, Ricky Baskins of Selmer and Randy Baskin (Belynda) of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
