She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Qualls and Maggie Mae Haggard Qualls; her spouse Herbye Franks; and her siblings, McCoy Qualls of Kenneth Qualls, J. H, Max Qualls and Mary Hipsher.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Franks (Jeannine) of Goodlettsville and Dick Franks of Shalamar, Florida; her grandchildren, Matthew Franks, Maggie Franks, Jade Franks and Savannah Franks; and her great grandchildren, Kaden Franks and Karter Franks.
