He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Austin Ervin of Clifton and Brian Melson; his wife Kim of Savannah; his sister Brittany Melson of Tampa; his stepsister Lilli Stanfill of Savannah; his grandparents, Ricky Dicus, Elva Dicus of Clifton, Ben Melson and Christine Melson of Savannah; his great-grandparent Ruby DeShazier of Savannah; his significant other Geneva Shannon of Savannah; and also Corey Young of Tampa.
