J. Murphy, Curtis Matlock, Tessa Matlock, Colt Matlock, C. J. Melson, Lacie Melson and Waylon Melson; and his siblings, Larry McCormick of Prosperity, S. C., Donald McCormick (Nancy) of Colliersville, W. V., Douglas McCormick (Brenda) of Michigan City, IN., Sally Richardson of Michigan City, IN., Mary A. Baumer (John) of LaPorte, IN and Gail Kolasa (Ronnie) of Sardis, TN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
