She is survived by: her parents, Otis Keele of Savannah, Tennessee and Dorothy Hilt Keele of Savannah, Tennessee; her husband George Hazel of Adamsville, Tennessee; her children, Lexis Hazel of Adamsville, Tennessee and David Allen Clarence Hazel of Adamsville, Tennessee; and her brother Otis Keele, Jr. of Germany. She is also survived by wife, loved her kids and her husband.
