He was predeceased by: his parents, Tempie Beckham Bromley and Lawrence Elmer Bromley; and his siblings, Sara Lorene Bromley, Marie Evelyn Bromley and James Rayburn Bromley.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sue Bromley of Adamsville, TN; his daughter Suzanne Russell (Greg) of Adamsville, TN; his grandchildren, Ali Ann Russell Beecham (Hunter) and Garrett Ty Russell of Adamsville, TN; his son Eric Scott Bromley (Anna) of Adamsville, TN; and his grandchildren, Caleb Bromley (Shelly) and Hannah Claire Bromley Owen (Wesley).
