He is survived by: his wife Deborah Prince Blanchard; his children, Tom Blanchard Jr. of Toronto, Sam Blanchard of Oakland, California and Kristinna Blanchard of Monroe, Virginia; his stepchildren, Robin M. Taylor (Patrick) of Memphis, Ryan Morehead (Mallory) of Boston and Drew Morehead (Abby) of Albuquerque; and his siblings, Jeanette Blanchard, Nancy Blanchard Scheerens (Glenn) of Scottsvile and Al Blanchard (Nancy) of Ashland, Massachusetts. He is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
