He is survived by: his wife Terry Kennon; his children, Casey Manley of Bolivar, Stevie Manley (Donna) of Byhalia, MS and Crystal Dawn Epperson of Greenbrier, AR; his siblings, Lorrie Ray of Humboldt, Mindy Ray Scott of Hernando, MS, Jackie Manley of Grand Junction, Waco Manley of Bolivar and Paul Manley of Grand Junction; his grandchildren, Richard "R. J." Manley (Sierra Tice) and Destiny Manley; and his great grandchild Lylah Grace Manley.
