We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 79, Richard Franklin Stowe of Saulsbury, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Elsie Louise Stowe; his brother James Stowe, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Richard Price. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Stowe; his children, Christopher (Mary Bruce Stowe), Shree (Tripp Good), Amanda Clutter of Saulsbury and Melissa (Lynn Doles); his grandchildren, Taylor, Joseph, Lynsey, Madison, Hunter, Emilee, Jayce, Bailey, Peyton and Brantley; his great grandchild Skylar; and his sister Shirley Price.

Memorials may be sent to the American Lung Association or the Lung Cancer Research Foundation.
