He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Billions of Saulsbury; his children, Lisa D. Boozer (David) of Amory, MS, Teri D. Blackard (Michael) of Byhalia, MS and Frank H. Billions, Jr. (Shelley) of Olive Branch; his grandchildren, Ashley Waycaster (Cory) of Amory, Jacob Rutledge (Hannah) of Amory, Jesse Duncan (Carlye) of Olive Branch, Donald Barnes of Byhalia, Kemary Barnes of Byhalia, Kaitlyn Billions of Olive Branch and Kathryn Billions of Olive Branch; and his siblings, Charisse Diffey of Horn Lake, MS and Wayne Vincent (Gail) of Smyrna, TN.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
