She was predeceased by: her parents, George Simmons and Martha Simmons; her husband Bennie; and her children, Nancy Roberts and Michael Pruett.

She is survived by: her son Paul Pruett (Becky); and her siblings, Sandy Bingham, Martha Hathcote, Glen, Jerry and Eddie Simmons. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
