She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovid Phillips and Mable Johnson; her husbands, George Maxie and Dean Minton; and her stepfather Maynard Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Georgette Holland (Richard); her grandchildren, Cristy Pettay (Patrick) and Brad Holland (Holly); her great grandchildren, Cooper Pettay, Gage Holland and Charlee Ferrell; and her siblings, Gayle Creasy (J. W.) and Brodie Johnson (Sue). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests no food be brought to the funeral home and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Sardis Cemetery at The People's Bank.
