He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Blakley and Lois Blakley (Doss); his son Ronnie Blakley; and his siblings, Ruby Butler, Peggy Spencer, Lilly Rainey and John Blakley.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Hill (Dana Buchanan) of Hickman, Kentucky, Billy Blakley of Union City, Jamie Hill of Union City, Bruce Lee of Hawaii and Frankie Blakley (April) of Samburg; and his sisters, Virgie O'Steen of Union City and Dorothy Bingham of Samburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
