He was predeceased by: his parents, Scharrold Eckhardt and Lucille Eckhardt (Maxwell); and his brothers, Larry and Steve Eckhardt. He is survived by: his children, Alisa Elliot (Steve), Michelle Bilbrey, Daron Eckhardt and Tiffany Holbrook (Caleb); his grandchildren, Amanda, Justin, Collen, Sara, Kelsey, Kristen, Austin, Courtney, Allie, Brooks, Preston, Grant and Kynlee; his sister Jeni Eckhardt; and his sister-in-law Joy Eckhardt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Arpp Root and Carter Funeral Home (29 N Main St, Germantown, OH 45327). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Butler County Memorial Park (4570 Trenton Oxford Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011).
