He is survived by: his wife Linda Levi; his children, Angie Loden, Annette Morgan (Tony) and Jeremy Levi (Stacey); his siblings, Shirley Doss (Jerry), Freida Fine (Tommy), Connie DeFore (Robert), Donna Skiles (Charles), Kay DeFore (Paul), Gail Elsea (Ed) and Ricky Levi (Diane); and his grandchildren, Dustin Levi, Amanda Booker (Keitha), Heather Levi, Megan Levi, Caleb Levi (Andria), Nicolas Levi, Cody Levi (Amanda), Davin Leffew, Allen Levi and Cole Levi. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins.
