He is survived by: his wife Jan Howard (Hulgan) of Sale Creek; his children, Aaron Howard of Sale Creek, April "Nikki" Clark (Ronnie) of Spring City and Megan Reed (Jason) of Evensville Mountain; his grandchildren, Kaleb Clark, Kyle Clark, Kendall Clark, Zander Howard and Rylee Reed; and his siblings, Fred Howard (Debbie) of Sale Creek, Elaine Purser (Barry) of Sale Creek, Mary Stayton (Dennis) of South Bend, IN, Hazel Bovard (Gary) of Atlanta, GA and Lynnette Sluder (Greg) of Sale Creek.
